Early life

   Kevin Jonas was born in Teaneck, New Jersey,^[2] and grew up in Wyckoff, the son of Denise (née Miller), a former sign language teacher and singer, and Paul Kevin Jonas, Sr., a songwriter, musician and former ordained minister at an Assemblies of God church.^[3][4][5][6] He is of Irish (from his maternal grandfather), Cherokee, Italian, and German descent.^[2][7] He is the oldest and has 3 younger brothers; Joseph, Nicholas and Franklin Jonas. He is the oldest Jonas out of the brothers and is married the first.
